We take notice of the external problems such as financial difficulties,a strained relationship etc.but we rarely notice the stress warning signals that our body shows to us.
Notice that symptoms of stress can affect us physically, behaviorally, emotionally, and cognitively. You can learn to recognize these symptoms or signals in yourself before stress gets too far out of hand.

The physical symptoms are stomach upsets,head ache,back pain,trembling,sweating palms etc.
The mental symptoms of stress include tension, irritability, inability to concentrate, feeling excessively tired, and having trouble sleeping.
Stress has been linked to serious diseases such as heart disease and cancer, and to a variety of other physical and emotional disorders.
Anger and resentment at nothing in particular.
A feeling that something is missing.
One can suffer a loss of confidence, and can gain a feeling of low self-esteem, a feeling of hopelessness and depression can set in.
A feeling of intense fatigue .
Restlessness
People under stress normally consume more alcohol and indulge in abuse of drugs.
Severe stress can cause biochemical changes in the body, affecting the immune system, leaving your body vulnerable to disease.
